Position: Saskatoon Building Operator with Black & McDonald
Join Black & McDonald as a Building Operator in Saskatoon, where your mechanical skills will be essential in maintaining client facilities. Support the efficient operation of various buildings through your expertise.

As an intermediate operator, you will work closely with the FMO Account Manager to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and operational. Your responsibilities include guiding maintenance activities, addressing tenant concerns, and overseeing subcontractor work, enhancing the quality of service across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement maintenance plans as directed by FMO

• Supervise subcontractors and logistics of work

• Conduct safety checks and minor repairs

• Log readings and perform regular facility inspections

• Build strong relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience in building operation

• Proficient in HVAC systems and mechanical troubleshooting

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Security Clearance eligibility required

• Possess a valid Class 5 SK Driver's License for site access
