Experienced Cleaning Supervisor

Position: Experienced Cleaning Supervisor Wanted
Take charge as a Cleaning Supervisor at Dexterra Group, leading your team in delivering exceptional cleaning services across facilities. This position is crucial for maintaining client and organizational standards.

Reporting to the Manager, your primary role will be managing and supervising the cleanliness of assigned areas while adhering to strict budget controls. You will train new employees, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols. Your engagement with customers and prompt follow-ups will reinforce a strong service focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign duties and inspect cleaning staff performance

• Assist with site training for new cleaning employees

• Maintain timekeeping and inventory records

• Manage customer requests and provide timely responses

• Implement and uphold Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' cleaning supervisory experience

• Experience in a large, unionized facility

• Knowledge of OHSA Supervisor responsibilities

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

• Proficiency with IOS technology and office software
