Coordinate maintenance planning and CMMS activities at Bioriginal in Saskatoon, supporting equipment reliability, work orders, and operational efficiency.
The Maintenance Coordinator plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities for Bioriginal. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, corrective work coordination, work order management, inventory control, and performance reporting. The position supports reliable equipment and documented maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
- Schedule corrective maintenance and shutdown work
- Coordinate resources, materials, and contractor support
- Manage CMMS records, work orders, and equipment history
- Generate reports and track maintenance performance metrics
- Diploma or degree in a related technical field
- Three or more years of maintenance planning experience
- Experience using CMMS software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
