Lead industrial maintenance execution at Maple Leaf Foods using technical expertise, workforce coaching, and safety-focused operational oversight.
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Senior Supervisor and guides Maintenance trades toward safe, efficient work. This experienced leader applies Maintenance best practices in an industrial environment while supporting operational effectiveness and site objectives. Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and Standard Operating Procedures is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coach Maintenance trades during daily work
- Manage emergency and break-in work within weekly schedules
- Provide technical assistance to Maintenance personnel
- Review work orders, delay codes, and time variances
- Conduct pre-checks of tools, parts, equipment, and materials
- Three or more years in operational maintenance
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Operations background
- Interprovincial Red Seal or technical designation
- General knowledge of work order and CMMS systems
- Highly organized with multiple projects
