Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe operations of distribution terminals
• Support new port development and contract reviews
• Oversee terminal budget preparation and capital planning
• Lead terminal supervisors and set performance expectations
• Implement continuous improvements in processes and safety
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in operations and supervisory roles
• Experience in port facility and rail operations
• Knowledge of safety management programs preferred
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
