This mid-senior leadership role requires agricultural product knowledge, branch management expertise, financial statement understanding, and farm supply marketing experience. You will lead managerial staff, oversee human resources, and maintain customer-focused service for farmers. The position supports Nutrien’s purpose of Feeding the Future through responsible, cost-effective operations and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct daily division operations for efficiency and profitability
- Develop budgets, monitor deviations, and initiate corrective action
- Review sales forecasts and operational objectives regularly
- Lead hiring, performance management, coaching, and employee relations
- Promote Nutrien products across all division branches
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in agronomy or related field
- 15 or more years of relevant work experience
- 10 or more years in leadership, supervision, or mentoring
- Five or more years in successful farm supply marketing
- Extensive vehicle travel and required pre-employment screening
