Lead Canadian Tire retail operations across Ontario through field leadership, dealer partnerships, and customer-focused execution. Extensive travel is required within and outside the assigned region.
This Field Operations Manager oversees field teams and partners with the regional vice president on operational goals. The role requires retail operations expertise, people management, strategic alignment, and strong communication. You will support Canadian Tire’s True North Strategy and customer-centric brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee field teams across multiple retail locations
- Partner with regional vice presidents on operational priorities
- Maintain ethical Dealer and Corporation relationships
- Champion True North Strategy execution across the region
- Track performance, feedback, engagement, and accountability
- Minimum 10 years operational experience in Canadian Tire or equivalent retail
- Five years of people management experience
- Experience leading and developing high-performing operational field teams
- Ability to influence outcomes without authority
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
