Lead branch operations across warehouse, procurement, inventory, and customer service while guiding approximately 50 employees in a distribution environment.
This Branch Manager role reports to the Senior Director of Branch Operations. You will oversee operational performance, financial results, team development, and future growth preparation. The position requires experience with distribution operations, budgets, inventory management, and customer service leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct warehouse, procurement, inventory, and customer service operations
- Improve productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and delivery performance
- Coach approximately 10 direct reports through continuous improvement
- Manage budgets and support branch profitability through cost control
- Support ERP implementation, change management, and user adoption
- Seven to ten-plus years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Experience leading distribution warehouse, procurement, and inventory functions
- Operational budget and profit-and-loss performance experience
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
- Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, logistics, and operational best practices
