At Custom Cubes, we're on the lookout for experienced welders who aspire to grow within our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be tasked with fabricating custom structures, supporting 5S initiatives, and ensuring high safety standards. Your contribution will help shape the future of our innovative shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on various custom builds
• Layout and fit structures according to specifications
• Read and apply welding procedures accurately
• Identify and resolve fabrication-related issues
• Keep the workspace clean and aligned with safety standards
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Strong skills in GMAW (MIG) processes
• Capability to achieve CWB certification
• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic
• Experience with airless spray painting is preferred
