Your primary responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, completing product inspections, and packaging items based on strict guidelines. Communication with supervisors about defects and maintaining a clean workspace are essential for this position. Training will be provided by a higher-level operator to ensure expertise in operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding equipment efficiently

• Conduct visual inspections and document defects

• Package items per established work instructions

• Report issues promptly to supervisory staff

• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED needed

• Factory experience is preferred but not essential

• Fluency in English required;
Spanish a bonus

• Basic math skills are necessary

• Good attendance and reliability are expected
