Position Summary

The City of Swift Current is seeking a dedicated and dependable individual to join Infrastructure & Operations as a permanent Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator. This position supports an essential public service and plays a critical role in protecting community health by ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and regulatory compliant potable water. Reporting to the Superintendent of Water Treatment, the WTP Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water treatment processes and systems that the community relies on every day.

This role requires careful attention to detail, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and established procedures.
