Norseman Structures is seeking a dedicated Packager/Receiver in Saskatoon to manage all aspects of packaging and receiving while ensuring safety and quality. This full-time position requires physical fitness and strong organizational skills.
As part of a team reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, you will take charge of inspecting and reconciling incoming goods.
Your role will include checking materials against delivery documentation and maintaining accurate records. This position plays a key role in achieving customer satisfaction through attention to detail and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and organize material goods
• Promote safety and adhere to health regulations
• Maintain quality control procedures during packaging
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
• Prepare and label products accurately for delivery
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards preferred
