In this full-time role, you will bridge Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to tackle manufacturing challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead problem-solving initiatives on the production floor

• Analyze and improve safety, quality, and efficiency processes

• Design and coordinate production of jigs and fixtures

• Collaborate with teams to implement manufacturability improvements

• Train operators on work instructions and standard procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in relevant engineering field

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing support experience

• Knowledge of jig and fixture design

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CAD/CAM software

• Strong communication and project management skills
