Position: Grain Grader Role at Cotecna
Location: Martensville

Become a key player at Cotecna as a Grain Grader/Inspector, responsible for delivering accurate and ethical inspection services. Utilize your detailed knowledge of Canadian Grain Grading in an engaging and collaborative environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager, carrying out a variety of tasks including inspections of commodity movements and proper equipment calibration. The position ensures the effectiveness and legality of inspection processes, while supporting the company’s emphasis on quality and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute commodity inspections efficiently

• Handle loading and unloading oversight

• Conduct calibration and verification of equipment

• Carry out temperature and visual observation checks

• Document results accurately for traceability

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 3-4 years in a grading or inspection role

• Familiarity with Canadian grain standards

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work varied hours as needed
