The company is currently investing in the development of a modern high‑tech greenhouse in British Columbia, Canada, focused on large‑scale tomato production for the North American market. As a Tomato Grower, you will take full ownership of the crop within a high‑tech greenhouse environment. You play a key role in optimizing plant performance and will be closely involved in the start‑up phase of a new greenhouse operation.

• Full responsibility for tomato cultivation within a high‑tech greenhouse
• Optimizing crop performance through climate, irrigation, and crop steering
• Translating data and plant signals into concrete growing decisions
• Active involvement during construction and commissioning of the greenhouse
• Collaborating with technical partners to ensure a smooth start‑up
• Driving continuous improvement in yield, quality, and efficiency

We are looking for a hands‑on and highly skilled tomato grower who is ready to take ownership and make impact in a dynamic, international environment.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high‑tech tomato cultivation
• Strong knowledge of plant physiology and climate interaction
• Experience with climate control systems (e.g. Priva)
• A proactive, responsible, and results‑driven mindset
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Canada
