Location: North Battleford
Use your machining skill set at John Crane as a CNC Machinist, focused on precision and efficiency in a high-demand manufacturing environment. Experience in programming and operating CNC machinery is essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for machining components and designing programs to enhance productivity. You will improve work processes and ensure the quality of produced parts. Training other operators and overseeing machine maintenance are also critical to the role's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and operate CNC machines for various tasks
• Improve process flow and tooling effectiveness
• Educate operators on machine operations and safety
• Use measuring tools for accurate specifications
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
• High school education and machinist apprenticeship completion
• More than 5 years of machining experience
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in technical problems
• Familiarity with a wide range of materials
• Capability to manage simultaneous tasks effectively
