As a Production Supervisor, you will manage daily mine operations and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This position is key in supervising hourly employees, addressing safety concerns, and optimizing production processes. Your leadership will drive employee training and the implementation of process improvements to uphold operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a strong safety culture within the team

• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks regularly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience
