In this permanent position, you'll work under the Senior Supervisor performing diverse production activities. Key responsibilities include operating machinery such as Mitre and table saws, overseeing job planning, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your contribution will support clients while fostering an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Mitre saws and table saws for production
• Assist in job planning and supervision for clients
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials
• Support inventory counting and training as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent education
• Industrial, mechanical, or woodworking experience
• Forklift operator’s and WHMIS certifications preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities
