Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team for the summer. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of labour, maintenance, and operational tasks while supporting day‑to‑day activities in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physically demanding work, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Previous labour experience is considered an asset; however, training may be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed.

Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Support team members with tasks and preparations within established timelines and quality standards.

Operate manual tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.

Assist in setting up work areas for specific projects or tasks.

Participate in routine inspections and report any safety hazards or issues promptly.

Experience and Qualifications

Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely.

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and reliability.

Basic understanding of safety procedures in a work environment.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment.
