Become a Team Supervisor in Wall Panel Construction at Warman Home Centre LP. Your leadership will ensure impeccable quality and efficiency in wall panel manufacturing tasks.
As the Team Supervisor, you will guide and train your team in constructing wall panels and frames while utilizing various tools including nail guns and saws. Critical to your role will be interpreting blueprints and job orders to maintain accuracy in production. You will also monitor quality through inspections and foster an environment that prioritizes safety and cleanliness across the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train team members in panel assembly

• Read and execute blueprints and work orders

• Coordinate job sequencing and material layout

• Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products

• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory manufacturing role

• Proficiency in using construction tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing
