Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd. is looking for an Operations Analyst to promote smooth manufacturing operations at our facility. The responsibilities include coordinating reporting, inventory, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate production paperwork against ERP entries
• Process daily production reports accurately and efficiently
• Maintain production records and manage documentation
• Support inventory accuracy activities and record-keeping
• Assist with ERP troubleshooting and system updates
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing settings
• Familiarity with ERP systems like IQMS, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
