Experienced Feed Mill Operator

Position: Experienced Feed Mill Operator Needed
Location: Lanigan

Join our feed mill team as an operator, where you'll oversee maintenance and assist in feed production. We value your communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with the team.

In this role, you'll manage daily maintenance, cleaning, and repairs within the feed mill. You'll also assist in weighing and unloading deliveries, ensuring all supplies are in check while communicating effectively with the Purchaser. Covering for the Feedmill Manager during absences will require your coordination skills in rolling grain and feed program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance

• Track and assist with delivery processes

• Maintain communication with Purchaser about supplies

• Manage operations in the Feedmill Manager's absence

• Oversee feed program operations and readings

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Basic experience with Microsoft programs

• Strong focus on time management and detail

• Willingness to learn on the job

• Experience related to equipment maintenance is beneficial

Drive feed mill efficiency through teamwork and operational oversight.
