Position: Skilled Heavy Equipment Operator Role
Amrize seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator ready to take on vital construction projects in North America. Showcase your operational skills while ensuring safety and quality within the team.

In this hands-on role, you will manage the daily operations of heavy machinery at the pit while reporting to the Aggregates Production Lead Hand. Your responsibilities include inspecting, operating, and maintaining excavators, dozers, and haul trucks, with a commitment to safety and teamwork at the forefront of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain equipment in top condition

• Complete daily inspection checklists diligently

• Maintain production standards and material specifications

• Encourage team collaboration in daily operations

• Promote a culture of safety within the workplace

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary

• Minimum two years of mining/aggregates experience desired

• Five years of heavy equipment operation history

• 1A License preferred

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
