Lead process improvements in food manufacturing as a Process Improvement Lead. Drive efficiency and performance enhancements through strategic equipment and workflow evaluations.
As part of a dedicated team reporting to the Production Manager, you will implement effective solutions that support product upgrades and manufacturing reliability. This role emphasizes strong communication and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements
• Support product development and trial coordination
• Partner with R&D to maintain product quality
• Contribute to capital project analysis and selection
• Employ Lean/Six Sigma for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles
