Elevate your career with Jenni Kayne as a Product Development Associate. This role supports the product lifecycle by coordinating samples, vendor communication, and production timelines each season.
As a key member of the Product Development and Production team, you'll play a crucial role in meeting seasonal milestones. You will manage WIPs, prepare vendor packages, and monitor material shipments while maintaining data accuracy across multiple platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors, you’ll ensure the seamless execution from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track WIPs and samples to meet milestone deadlines
• Organize vendor packages with essential documentation
• Monitor and update sample shipment statuses
• Maintain PLM data and production calendars
• Assist with item creation in the ERP system
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in product development
• Strong organization with multitasking ability
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with PLM and Netsuite preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
