In this hands-on position, you will assemble wooden roof and floor trusses from pre-engineered drawings. Previous experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. You will be standing for long periods and lifting weights between 25 to 50 lbs, contributing to your team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up workstation for each production order
• Assemble trusses following specified procedures and instructions
• Regularly inspect materials and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts
• Operate tools and machinery safely and correctly
Requirements:
• Prior experience in truss building is preferred
• Ability to use a hammer and read tape measures
• Skilled in reading and understanding work orders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
