Position: Production Coordinator with Inventory Focus
Enhance production efficiency as a Production Coordinator responsible for data accuracy and inventory control in a complex job shop. This role involves coordinating production schedules and reconciling daily reports to drive operational excellence.

In this role at Westlake, you will utilize your production scheduling and inventory expertise. Your duties will include maintaining Master Data for products, executing daily inventory transactions, and preparing production reports. Collaboration between production and logistics teams is essential to monitor Key Performance Indicators and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Master Data for products and standards accuracy

• Oversee daily inventory transactions and reconciliations

• Prepare production reports for operational accuracy

• Communicate production schedules and KPI adherence

• Assist in monitoring inventory control processes

Requirements:

• College Diploma required

• Two years in production scheduling or inventory control

• Strong math aptitude and excellent Excel skills

• Knowledge of JDE/SAP is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
