Director of Operational Excellence at DECIEM

Join DECIEM as the Director of Operational Excellence to lead continuous improvement initiatives in our on-site Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke. Focus on enhancing safety, quality, and performance across operations.

This full-time role requires a leader with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing context. You will implement the Prestige Performance System while driving a CI culture through collaboration across all departments. Your expertise in tools such as Six Sigma and PDCA will directly influence operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as single point of contact for Plant leadership

• Develop and oversee the Factory Operational Master Plan

• Lead CI projects using DMAIC methodologies

• Coach teams on Lean principles and practices

• Monitor KPIs to support performance management

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Continuous Improvement

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

• Proven project management skills in a LEAN environment

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Proficiency in TPM Autonomous Maintenance required
