The Robotic Welder - Night Shift (5:30 PM - 4:00 AM) is to weld and program assemblies on a robotic welder to ensure it meets the requirement of the companies ISO:9001:2000 Quality Management System.

• 1. Weld and program assemblies designated for the robotic welder
• 2. Edit weld programs to improve efficiency and quality
• 3. Manual welding of inaccessible areas by robot
• 4. Proper handle and use of jigs safety and properly
• 5. Changing out the jigs/fixtures in the robot cell
• 6. Spot weld assemblies before robotic welder welds them
• 7. Cleaning welds and removal of splatter when weld is completed
• 8. Identifying weldment with assigned stamp
• 9. Follow through on First Part Checked procedure
