The position emphasizes physical work, teamwork, and commitment to quality. While previous truss assembly experience is beneficial, we're open to training motivated candidates who thrive in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Team Leader for workstation setup

• Assemble trusses according to SWOP and instructions

• Inspect materials and completed trusses for quality

• Keep the workstation clean and organized

• Safely operate all required tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous truss assembly experience preferred

• Proficient in using a hammer and measuring tape

• Understanding of work orders and assembly instructions

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Detail-oriented with a team-focused mindset
