Hands-On Truss Technician Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Team Leader to prepare workstations

• Assemble trusses following company procedures

• Conduct regular inspections of materials and work completed

• Maintain a clean workspace during and after shifts

• Use tools and machinery safely and responsibly

Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with truss building experience

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Skills in interpreting work orders

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Strong focus on safety and detail
