Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of gravel crushing and screening
• Perform and document equipment maintenance
• Communicate clearly with team members at all levels
• Keep accurate records of daily operations
• Oversee activities on the ground during processes
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in gravel crushing or related fields
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with heavy equipment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work long hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs safely
