Screen Production Specialist

We are seeking a precise, dependable  Screen Production Specialist  to join our  Grain Systems  division. In this hands-on position, you will assemble and prepare quality screen components essential for grain cleaning systems. Working alongside a collaborative production team, you will ensure every order is built to accurate specifications and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities   Measure, assemble, and finish screen products using basic hand and power tools.
Conduct quality checks to guarantee high accuracy and precision on all finished products.
Coordinate with team members to keep production moving smoothly and meet target deadlines.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills    Tool Proficiency:  Confident using basic hand tools and general shop equipment safely.
Background:  Prior experience in production, metal fabrication, assembly, or general construction preferred.
Detail-Oriented:  Meticulous approach to quality control, specifications, and finishing details.
Time-Conscientious:  Reliable track record of managing time well and meeting job deadlines.
Team Player:  Strong communication skills and a positive attitude in a collaborative shop atmosphere.
Bonus:  Knowledge of or prior experience with grain cleaning equipment and agricultural systems is a strong asset.
