We are inviting applications for a Full-Time Extruder Operator who has a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. You will utilize your expertise to ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, troubleshooting where necessary and inspecting the quality of outputs. Your hands-on role will also involve packing items for distribution while preparing equipment setups for various productions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot extrusion machinery to improve output
• Monitor quality of materials produced during processing
• Operate mixing machines for precise chemical ratios
• Pack products efficiently for shipment
• Adjust equipment for changes in production lines
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
• 2-3 years in a relevant extrusion environment
• Ability to lift heavy loads
• Willingness to work shifts or on-call
• Language skills in English or French
