Your role will involve working closely with the Safety & Training Superintendent to create impactful training programs. You will assess the training needs of employees and mentor them effectively to ensure high safety standards in mill operations. This position is key to fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement mill training programs
• Mentor and evaluate staff training performances
• Enhance safety compliance and training effectiveness
• Collaborate with Mill Operations to optimize safety
• Conduct inspections and maintain compliance
Requirements:
• At least five years in heavy equipment roles
• Background in mining or milling training
• Excellent leadership and assessment skills
• Familiarity with ADDIE and training design
• Compliance with mandatory drug testing
