As a leading figure reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all operations within a gold processing plant. Your leadership will ensure production targets are met while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives within the department to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct strategic operations for the mill
• Maintain metallurgical accounting and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams for process alignment
• Lead safety initiatives and compliance adherence
• Develop continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years' experience in mining and processing
• Competence in managing teams and processes
• Familiarity with international cyanide regulations
• Strong communication and mentorship capabilities
