Become a Kitting Technician at Brandt Industries in Saskatoon, where you'll manage components and ensure a smooth flow for production. Work closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and staging materials, reviewing schedules, and ensuring every job is completed on time. Your proactive communication will help resolve any parts shortages and champion Lean initiatives within the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and warehouse incoming shop components
• Prepare materials according to production needs
• Communicate with shop leadership and managers
• Follow up with requests to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain orderliness in accordance with 5S principles
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of forklift and tractor experience
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes is essential
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks
• Ability to work independently or in a team
