Reporting to either the Supervisor, Water Treatment, the Operator, Water Treatment Plant, will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Seabee Potable and Santoy Potable and Santoy 8 WTP. The Operator, Water Treatment Plant will coordinate upcoming work with the Supervisor, Water Treatment.

• Accountable for potable water treatment and wastewater treatment operations and employee safety.
• Accountable for working with appropriate PPE, tools and equipment.
• Reports to Environment Supervisor (Water Treatment) for the safe and efficient operation of the Seabee Potable, Santoy Potable and Santoy 8 Water Treatment Plant.
• Coordinate with the Mill, Maintenance and Electrical department, submit work orders and/ or notifications to ensure the water treatment plant equipment is adequately maintained.
• Work closely with other departments to keep the Potable and wastewater plants running smoothly and minimize down time.
• Any other duties as assigned by the department.
