Reporting to the Superintendent, Mill Operations, the Supervisor, Water Treatment, is responsible for all water treatment plant operating crews;
Seabee potable, Santoy Potable and Santoy 8 Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The Supervisor will delegate work to the crew and coordinate upcoming work with the Superintendent, Mill Operations.

Direct the activities of the operating crew, communicate operator KPI’s, and conduct daily toolbox/weekly safety meetings to ensure the plant is operated safely and efficiently. Assists Environment General Foreman (Water Treatment) managing the operations schedule, planning manpower including overtime and vacation coverage to efficiently operate the water treatment plants. Complete payroll entries efficiently and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Mill, Maintenance and Electrical department, submit work orders and/ or notifications to ensure the water treatment plant equipment is adequately maintained.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures, schedule training and sign off operators by competency, complete Safety Leadership Scorecards, job tasks observations and workplace inspections within all operating areas.…
