In this exciting Baker role, you will help to uphold COBS Bread’s commitment to high-quality baked goods. No previous experience required; we’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Work closely with your team to fill the bakery with freshly made items each morning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in daily baking operations with a small team
• Keep the bakery area clean and customer-friendly
• Evaluate recipes and accurately measure ingredients
• Mold and shape dough for various baked products
• Operate ovens for baking while ensuring quality control
Requirements:
• Must thrive as an early riser in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills paired with a pleasant demeanor
• Commitment to personal growth and team success
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 22 kg
