The Assembler role at Nortek involves producing air units and parts, following precise blueprints and specifications. You will operate tools, adjust components, and maintain a safe work environment under the guidance of Manufacturing Operations management. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Assemble parts using hand and power tools

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Operate cranes and fork trucks post-certification

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 2 years assembly experience

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.

• Familiarity with tools like wrenches and ratcheting tools

• Demonstrated English communication skills
