SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a Supervisor, Mill Maintenance Operations.
About Your New Role  Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance Operations, the Supervisor, Mill Maintenance Operations will oversee daily maintenance activities within the mill, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, while supporting safe and efficient production. This role coordinates maintenance crews, manages work orders, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities  Daily Maintenance Leadership   Direct and supervise mill maintenance crews and contractors
Assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion
Monitor equipment performance and respond to breakdowns or urgent repairs
Planning & Scheduling   Collaborate with planners, operations, and engineering to schedule preventive and predictive maintenance
Ensure spare parts, tools, and materials are available for planned work
Equipment Reliability   Support root-cause analysis for equipment failures
Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment upgrades
Ensure proper documentation of repairs and maintenance activities
Safety & Compliance   Enforce safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory requirements
