As a Production Technician in Paint Prep, you will prepare modular box bodies and parts for powder coating. Your work supports Crestline Coach, North America’s leading ambulance manufacturer. You will move pieces through sanding, washing, curing oven, paint booth, and production floor stations while maintaining specified workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Sand modular box bodies and parts for powder coating
Prepare and hang parts for the paint process
Move production pieces between assigned processing stations
Conduct visual quality checks against specifications
Eliminate rework by maintaining specified workmanship standards
Requirements:
Availability for night shift, Monday through Thursday
Availability from 5:45 pm to 4:15 am
Ability to prepare parts for powder coating
Ability to move pieces through production stations
Commitment to quality workmanship and specification compliance
Bring sanding, paint preparation, material movement, and visual inspection skills to Crestline Coach’s Saskatoon ambulance manufacturing operation.
