Stubbe’s, a family-owned leader in concrete products for over 40 years, is looking for dedicated individuals for their Harley plant. This role involves operating specialized concrete machinery and adhering to company safety regulations. Applicants should expect to work straight shifts, Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 5 pm in a structured yet challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines according to the Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other concrete tools

• Assemble hardware as per specified drawings

• Load precast components using correct stacking techniques

• Pour and finish concrete to meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Physical stamina for heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Ability to read tape measures and drawings

• Experience in the concrete industry is preferred

• Willingness to adapt to various tasks

• Basic English proficiency is an asset
