Injection molding expertise drives this Process Technician II position on first shift in the United States of America. Troubleshoot processing issues and optimize machine output daily.
CAMBRO seeks a Process Technician II to own assigned injection molding processes and maintain mold and machinery performance. The work emphasizes mold setup, startup, processing parameters, part quality, cycle time, and part weight. You will coordinate testing and technical support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, remove, and install molds for production
- Set up robots and secondary equipment
- Monitor quality, cycle time, and part weight
- Troubleshoot abnormal processing ranges and root causes
- Document mold and material test results
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Three to four years related experience and training
- Advanced injection molding processing and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of molds, materials, machinery, and equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
