Senior Marketing Analyst – Content Creator

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst - Content Creator for a 12-month contract opportunity, with strong potential for extension and conversion to full-time. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2‑3 days per week at a downtown Toronto office. The role focuses on creating engaging social media content, managing content calendars, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.

• Create and produce engaging video and static content across social media platforms
• Develop content aligned with brand voice, campaigns, and marketing objectives
• Manage and maintain a structured content calendar in collaboration with internal teams
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok
• Design visually compelling graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and social copy tailored to different audiences
• Monitor social media trends and continuously optimize content strategy
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective content delivery

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation or social media roles
• Proven experience creating content for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, or similar
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva)
• Portfolio showcasing content creation work
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

• Agency experience
• Strong copywriting skills
• French language proficiency
• Understanding of regional markets (e.g., Quebec)
• Experience with in large enterprise or regulated environments
