Manager of Marketing, Communications and Business Development

We are currently seeking a creative, results-driven Manager of Marketing, Communications and Business Development to join our team in either our Saskatoon or Regina office.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing (branding), communications and business development strategy for the firm.
• Manage sponsorship requests, organize and support client events, and seek current opportunities to build and grow strategic relationships for the firm.
• Oversee marketing, public relations, social media, and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and effective brand message across all channels.
• Develop content for, and manage, the firm’s website.
• Create marketing and communication materials, including firm announcements, brochures, blog posts, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Act as the firm’s liaison with the media and industry publications.
• Work with the firm’s Practice Teams to develop and execute business development plans and initiatives (including networking opportunities).
• Implement client feedback mechanisms to improve services and client satisfaction.
• Lead market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and monitor and analyze marketing and client data to report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Lead the planning and execute the submission of applications and nominations for key industry / legal honours and awards for individual lawyers and the firm.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
• Demonstrated creativity, strategic acumen, and robust communication skills.
