Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Planning – Lead end‑to‑end paid social campaigns, manage day‑to‑day performance, optimize for efficiency, analyze data, and translate insights into recommendations.
Support strategy development through audience, creative, and budget insights.
Partner with cross‑functional teams and platform partners; oversee QA and consistency across setup, tracking, and reporting.
Contribute to post‑campaign reporting, learning agendas, and test‑and‑learn initiatives.
Lead campaign briefings, kick‑offs, and status updates as required.
Provide ongoing partner collaboration to stay current with platform updates and trends.
Guide junior team members, review work for setup and optimization, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in paid social marketing.
Strong hands‑on experience across major social platforms.
Solid understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance measurement.
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Datorama) and platform analytics.
Familiarity with tracking frameworks (pixels, UTMs, conversion events).
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with curiosity for digital trends and platform innovation.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000‑$65,000.
