As the Creator Network Manager, you will build relationships with creators, lead campaign strategies, and manage a trackable CRM. Success in this role relies on your ability to drive measurable outcomes through effective collaboration and strong data insights while overseeing a team of interns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee creator marketing campaigns
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Guide intern teams in creator sourcing
• Maintain data accuracy for all campaigns
• Manage creator payments and compliance
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in music or influencer marketing
• Deep familiarity with digital marketing platforms
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze data
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Passion for music trends and culture
