Position OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and results‑driven B2B Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts across the full customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy. You will lead a high‑performing team, build integrated marketing strategies, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Leadership
:
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives. - Team Management
:
Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team (e.g., demand generation, content, digital, product marketing). - Demand Generation
:
Own planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM, email marketing, events, and partnerships. - Brand & Positioning
:
Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints. - Product Marketing
:
Collaborate with product teams to define go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. - Sales Enablement
:
Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively. - Analytics & Optimization
:
Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts. - Stakeholder Collaboration
:
Work cross‑functionally with line‑of‑business leaders and executive leadership to align strategies and goals.
- 5‑10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2‑3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for B2B companies.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder decision‑making processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.

Ontario pay range for this position is $260,000 CAD to $280,000 CAD annually. Salary decisions will be based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and other job‑related factors.
